5 October 2021: The Guild of Agricultural Journalists of Ireland will host an educational climate literacy event for journalists and communicators on 22 October 2021.

The event will be held from 9.45am until 11.30am in the RDS and it will also be recorded for members to watch back.

Sustainability adviser Ali Sheridan will deliver a lecture for journalists and communicators on climate terminology, targets, upcoming legislation, sustainability news and how to navigate and interrogate claims.

This an important CPD opportunity for members in a very topical and important space where agri-food is very much in the spotlight. 

The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Sheridan, Zoe Kavanagh CEO of the National Dairy Council and another panellist to be confirmed.

This Guild event is supported by Bord Bia and Danone Ireland, and is in association with the RDS.
